This race benefitted @limbsforlife, which provides #prosthetic care for folks who can't afford it! Out of hundreds of pictures I took at today's @longbeach_cc, this one struck me the most. I love the candid moments which tell the real story of the work these amazing #cosplayers put into their creations. Not just in making them, but in the patience and endurance it takes to navigate any #ComicCon. This amazing #Groot was waiting in her own isolated little corner as hundreds of others were being pre-judged before the #LBCE #cosplay contest. She'll be chillin', sans head, for hours. I have no such dedication.
